When you take National Education Association’s Bully Free pledge, you
are promising students that they can talk to you and you will listen,
that you will stand up for them, and that they are not alone. Take the following actions to carry out your promise to advocate for bullied students.
Be Present and Available to Observe and Listen
We know that bullying commonly takes place in areas on school grounds
with little or no supervision (such as in the hallways between classes).
Make an effort to move to the areas where students are during
transition times. Just your presence can make a huge difference. And,
when something does happen, you are there to see it with your own eyes

Fast Break Youth Basketball a Division of Pacific Youth Sports is a year round open registration youth oriented program located in Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana. We provide an affordable opportunity for boys and girls to improve and develop their basketball fundamentals and provide an environment to improve strength, conditioning and personal health in a fun and positive atmosphere.

I have the opportunity to add gym time here in Rancho Cucamonga however, I need to see how many would be interested in the possibility of individual lessons that would take place at the Rancho Cucamonga location on either Wednesday from 7:00 - 8:00 or Fridays from 7:00 - 8:00. Please let me know if you have any interest in individual lessons and if so what day and time would you prefer. Cost to be determined but will remain affordable. Fast Break will be starting up soon and we are excited about the upcoming season.
Rancho location begins August 20th and registration is ongoing.
Fontana begins August 19th. and registration is ongoing.

Please note that I have added several scrimmages, a Game Day Event that will take place on October 16th and a second event at Los Osos High School in December with Fast Break Youth Basketball and Pacific Youth Cheer combined. We will have food vendors, snacks, photographers, and more.
